  10.           +o This version 1.0.1 of Adobe Acrobat Reader will not
  11.             always print successfully on certain printers,
  12.             particularly printers driven by Impressario or printers
  13.             with small amounts of memory that do not support
  14.             PostScript Level 2.

  16.             It may be possible to work around your printer memory
  17.             limitation, by using the 'Edit/Preferences...' menu
  18.             command and selecting 'Sans only' or 'Serif only' and
  19.             then printing the file.

  21.             Also note that the Apple Personal LaserWriter NT
  22.             printer will not properly handle substitute fonts
  23.             unless it is upgraded to a NTR printer.

  25.           +o This version of Adobe Acrobat Reader cannot read all
  26.             PDF version 1.1 files, particularly when these files
  27.             contain Acrobat 2.0 constructs such as document
  28.             security or contain very large amounts of graphics on a
  29.             single page.

  32.             app-defaults file _A_c_r_o_r_e_a_d, to use the DPS/NX engine.
  33.             Please do not change this configuration to use the
  34.             native DPS facilities of the X Server.  The current
  35.             X_DPS implementation has a bug, which when used in
  36.             conjunction with the Acrobat Reader, occasionally
  37.             causes the X Server to exit.

  40.             details on some known problems for this version of
  41.             Acrobat Reader as well as on the issue of installing
  42.             multiple versions of DPS/NX engine with other Adobe
  43.             products (Illustrator 5.5 and Type On Call).

  45.           +o If a pre-manufacturing release of the Acrobat Reader
  46.             has been installed on your system, it is advisable to
  47.             deinstall the Acrobat Reader prior to installing the
  48.             manufacturing release of this product.
